Please come to the Hugo Witt room at the Millet Agriplex to register for the upcoming hockey season.  You can also register on-line, but are not able to make payment there.  There has been an increase in fees this season, as well as bingo fees have increased to $200/bingo.  In order to complete registration, the following must be submitted:

        1.  Full payment (see fee list below) is recieved

        2.  1 - $100 tournament cheque - not dated

        3.  4 separate - $200 bingo cheques - not dated

        4.  Completed registration and medical forms

        5.  Bingos in good standing for last season - they must be worked or payment made

Players will not be allowed on the ice until registration is FULLY completed.

Pre Novice (1st year players) - $200.00

Pre Novice - $300.00

Novice - $425.00

Atom - $475.00

Pee Wee - $500.00

Bantam - $550.00

Midget - $550.00

**Please note that there is an increase in the fees by $100 after October 1st.

On the MMHA website home page, click on "Registration Here"

If you registered your child on-line last year, you can select the box "Already Have An Account?", and login. If you cannot remember your password, scroll down to the bottom of this page and select, "Forgot Your Password?"

If you did not register your child on-line last year, (the family account login cannot be used for this registration) then you will select "New to the Site?" and begin the process of setting up an account. Enter all required fields on the page with your personal contact information. The personal information that you enter in this area is your own, not the registrants (your child). Check the "I am also a Guardian/Emergency Contact" checkbox. If you are the registrant's legal guardian, this will ensure that you will not have to re-enter the information later on in the process.

Once you have submitted your information, you must check your email to continue with the registration process. Please make sure to check your jumk/spam email folder, as it is common for the activation email to get sent to this folder. In your activation email, click on the link within to activate your account.

Once your account is activated you can log in and register the player. Login using your email and password. The first time you register, you will have to enter in the child's information, and the system will store this information for next year.
